A reputable company based in East Legon, Accra is seeking to recruit a Front Desk Coordinator to join its office team.
Role Overview
The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional front-office support and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it remains organized at all times
- Handle basic administrative and clerical duties
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Support internal office operations as required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS)
- Some prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, organized, and customer-focused
