A reputable company based in East Legon, Accra is seeking to recruit a Front Desk Coordinator to join its office team.

Role Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional front-office support and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately
  • Manage the front desk area and ensure it remains organized at all times
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical duties
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support internal office operations as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS)
  • Some prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, organized, and customer-focused
