City Roofing and Planning is a premier provider of high-quality roofing fabrication, installation, and structural planning services. We are currently seeking a vibrant, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team and drive business growth on the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• On-Site Prospecting: Actively visit ongoing building and construction sites, residential developments, and commercial projects to identify potential clients.
• Client Acquisition & Follow-ups: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, contractors, developers, and foremen; executing diligent follow-ups to win sales and secure roofing contracts.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market segments and upcoming structural projects within the region to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Product Presentation: Clearly communicate the technical specifications, quality, durability, and cost benefits of City Roofing’s products to prospective buyers.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Coordinate directly with the technical or installation team to provide clients with accurate structural quotes and ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Industry Experience: A minimum of two (2) or more years of proven working experience specifically as a marketer within the roofing industry.
• Education: Must hold a Diploma or relevant professional certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Supervision: Highly vibrant individual with the capability to work independently with or without supervision.
• Core Traits: High level of professional discipline, integrity, strong negotiation skills, and a persistent “can-do” field attitude.
• Communication & Persuasion: Must be an exceptional verbal communicator with outstanding interpersonal, listening, and persuasive negotiation skills. The ability to build immediate rapport, handle objections confidently, and effectively convince clients is a critical requirement.
