Godlove Ashun serves as the Acting Deputy General Manager of The African Digest, where she plays a central role in overseeing the organization’s internal operations and staff welfare across its editorial, administrative, and international teams. She ensures seamless coordination between departments while fostering a supportive and high-performing work environment.
A graduate of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ), Ms. Ashun brings extensive experience from her years of service within the media industry, having worked with multiple media organizations prior to joining The African Digest. Her professional background equips her with a strong understanding of newsroom dynamics, media relations, and organizational management.
In addition to her operational leadership role, she serves as Special Advisor to the CEO/Editor-in-Chief, providing strategic support and guidance on key decisions. Known for her calm, empathetic, and people-centered approach, Godlove combines professionalism with a strong sense of care—bringing both structure and a human touch to the day-to-day management of the organization.

Maxwell is responsible for driving sales strategy, distribution systems, and circulation frameworks within Ghana and across all 54 African countries, ensuring effective market penetration and sustainable growth. In addition, he provides strategic insight into the direction and global perception of The African Digest brand, contributing to its positioning as a credible and influential Pan-African media platform.
With a results-driven and strategic approach, he continues to play a key role in advancing the organization’s commercial success, brand authority, and long-term expansion strategy.
