A leading Resort based in Accra, Ghana is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of IT Manager to join its growing team.
Role Overview
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Resort’s technology operations, ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient functioning of all IT systems that support daily operations, guest services, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all IT infrastructure, systems, and operations of the Resort
- Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of the Resort’s technology platforms
- Provide technical leadership and support across departments
- Manage IT vendors, systems upgrades, and technology-related projects
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and system compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues promptly to support uninterrupted operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years proven working experience in Information Technology (IT)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software management
- Ability to plan, implement, and manage technology solutions in a corporate or hospitality environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
